Simon Event Group’s Protection Division is committed to making sure that our clients and their guest feel safe, while enjoying their event or convention. Request for security services should be booked as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of under staffing or unavailable staffing for the requested time period. Request received less than 48 hours before the event will be charged a late booking fee due to short notice. SEG personnel will not be assigned to an event without a signed contract and all deposits paid.

There is a four-hour minimum charge for each personnel working special events. A 3% administrative charge will be added to the total of all invoices. Payments can be paid via ACH, Credit Card or Business Check. A 10% surcharge will be added to the invoice for deposits not made within 48 hours prior to the event start date/time. A 10% surcharge will be added to the invoice after 30 days past due.

Requesting entities who cancel a request for Simon Event Group services less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event will be financially responsible for two hours for each security employee scheduled to work the event. This provision may be waived by the Simon Chief Executive Officer on case-by-case basis.
