Established in 2014, Simon Protection & Event Staffing has been steadily growing into a leader in special event staffing In 2017, Simon expanded its reach into the on-call hospitality industry, providing servers, bartenders and cooks to catering companies, corporate venues, residential parties and more.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Servers and bartenders must have a minimum of six months experience in catering, banquet or restaurant service in a fine dining establishment. Cooks must be enrolled in or have graduated from a culinary arts program, or have a minimum of one year of restaurant and/or catering experience. SEG maintains the highest in grooming and appearance standards. In addition to being well-groomed, you must have a positive “can-do” attitude and the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner.
Our pay rates are industry competitive and there are gratuities on some events. Saturday availability is highly suggested April through June and September through December.
